Function and Feature:

       A drying oven complete with fume exhaust will be provided to dry the strip after the vertical chemical coater.

       The drying section will include an air heating section able to bring the strip temperature up to 80°C PMT.

       Oven heat the strip with high intensity infrared at close proximity in a re-radiating heat chamber. A minimal amount of supply air is used to cool our heaters and to meet safety requirements. The supply air is heated as it passes through the heaters. This heated air aids the process by increasing the ability of the system to remove moisture from the product as well as contributing additional convective heat to the product. An internal air knife system completes the drying process. The totally enclosed oven chamber fully contains the supply and exhaust air. Exhaust effectively captures vapors and fumes.

       This system includes automated control, which automatically changes the output of the oven with changes in the line speed.

Pyrometer should be included as an option.
